What to include
- Which app or extension you're using (and its version, if you know it)
- Your operating system (and version)
- What you were trying to do
- What happened instead, including any error messages
- If a live show is involved, when it is — we'll prioritize accordingly when we can
Bug reports
If you're a trial user, the fastest way to report a bug is to reply to the email we sent with your trial build — that keeps everything in one thread. Otherwise, email us at the address above with as much detail as you can.
